Lauren decided to run in the Peach Festival 4 miler on Saturday. My kids are so much healthier and motivated than I ever have been or will be! This is the second year she has decided on a Friday night to run on a Saturday morning without training!
Ryan told her he'd give her some $$$$ if she'd run the whole thing (no walking) and I think it kept her going the entire time!
She finished in 36.59 and 17th out of 35 female runners of all ages. She was the second person in her age group (14 and under) and received a trophy.
Congrats girl! Keep up the healthy lifestyle and desire to accomplish new things!
