IF you could make running FUN....it might be at the Color Run. Around 7000 people ran this 5K in Little Rock last Saturday and Lauren, Dillon and Arie were in the mass! White clothes became multi-colored as at every 1K mark, powdered packets were thrown at the runners. It's not a "serious" run, I've been told, but it certainly required some training. I mean, you have to take something to cover your car seats with, and kleenex to blow the colored dust out!
