MARCH MADNESS!

I love being busy! I get more done when I have more to do!

The last two weeks have been very hectic but productive. I consigned clothes and worked the sale in LR and made 2 trips there and back in 3 days! That's a lot of driving but it was worth it! This is my favorite novelty dress I got Sheridan! (I could've combed her hair...but it was morning and I couldn't wait to try the clothes on I got her)

It's fun to dress a little girl! And this is my LAST ONE!

She is a hoot! Fortunately she lets me put her in whatever I want still! It's getting harder to please the older girls!!!

We had a busy weekend: On Saturday all 6 of us went to the tornado damaged town to our east. We worked cleaning up debris and cleaning up people's yards in one of the worst hit areas. It was amazing to see what wind could do! It was hard work but very good for us all. I sometimes worry that I'm not "culturing" my kids enough...they don't know about art, music, dramas, other lands...but when I think about days like this...when we help someone we don't know, and don't expect any reward...I know I'm teaching them something they can use for life. I'll upload those pictures in my next post.

On Sunday we went with our church AWANA family and went to beautiful Petit Jean mountain. We opted for the 2 hour hike...even with our little one...and it was awesome! The weather was about 70 degrees. (Incidentally it snowed 24 hours later) God showed his creativity and wonder in this beautiful scenery.The Lord is my rock,
my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in
whom I take refuge.
Psalm 18: 2

You have made known to me the path of life;

You will fill me with JOY in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
Psalm 16: 11

For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities - His eternal power and divine nature- have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. Romans 1: 20

Lord, You have been our dwelling place throughout all generations,
before the mountains were born or you brought forth the the earth and the world,
from everlasting to everlasting You are God.
Psalm 90:1-2
